Can my customers login to my Contact portal and make payments and schedule appointments?
Can I use my phone number with a different carrier?
Absolutely. You own any phone number purchased at Contact and you are welcome to port it to the carrier of your choice. (Porting away your number would prevent you from sending and receiving calls and text messages, so you may want to provision another number first.)
Do you offer support for WhatsApp?
